  Too long of an experience to document. I'll summarize. Original sales experience was great, delivery was horrendous and incurred damage to my house, manager was friendly and attempted to make it right. Do not buy the warranty on any of their furniture. Couch was damaged and warranty company refused to repair it because it was "believed" to be damaged on delivery. I can't confirm or deny that because I honestly don't know. Regardless, the store, delivery team, or warranty I paid so much for should cover it. Each pointed the finger and I got screwed. I will never, ever purchase anything from Wolf Furniture. To be fair, we get many comments on the couch, but after hearing our experience and seeing the damage of the brand new couch, our friends have made clear they too will not be shopping here. Buyer beware!
